ZMZ ranch camp 2011

Last week, mom and I packed our bags and hopped in the car with Auntie Lisa to head down to the Frio River for ZMZ Ranch Camp 2011. You may remember that we did this last year and had so much fun. This year I was even more excited because I knew Colby would have so much more fun at this age. (My dad stayed at home this year to help Gram nurse her hip back to health and we missed having him there!!)

2 more of his favorite things were going tee-tee in the dirt after we stripped his river clothes off and then hanging out in the cabin eating chips and watching Cars (we were in total vacation-relax mode)

I would catch them with the net, put them in this bucket for him and then he would catch them with his bare hands!! :)

Last, but not least, Colby's other favorite thing was just good old fashioned playin in the dirt outside of our cabin. We had such a fun week "roughing it" in our river cabin (that was air conditioned and had clean hot and cold water) with Mimsy. A little family time is good for the soul and we LOVE THE FRIO!!!
