So...when we went to Colby's 2 year check up, Dr. K told us that we needed to work on getting rid of the paci and moving to a big boy bed. He told us that potty training isn't a big deal yet since most boys aren't ready until they're closer to 3 years old.
Have we gotten rid of the paci?
NO
Have we even thought about moving to a big boy bed?
NO
But look what we started....
We're so twisted! Oh well. Colby is FAR from being potty trained, but I guess you have to start somewhere. He loves going tee tee in the potty because he knows he'll get 2 m&ms. :) Isn't this hilarious?? We have a toddler potty, but my mom started this big boy potty thing and Colby loves watching the bubbles he makes in the water. haha....it's the little things that bring us joy these days!!

Way to go! Potty training is quite a challenge so that's SO great that he is showing interest already :) Don't stress on the other stuff, it will happen in time. Hope you are enjoying your Summer!!
What a great idea to have him sit backwards! We are going to have to try that. :)
