Well, we still have a broken computer and no internet at our house. :(
Even though this is a minor blogging setback, the fun pictures and memories haven't stopped!!! I wanted to try to quickly get some of our June pictures up before I was so far behind that I gave up.
Between croup, splashpark, golf course, grandparents, new TEETH, ear infections, and playtime, we've been busy....there's never a dull moment at the Anthony's house, and we are blessed to have it that way!!
To say that I'm enjoying my summer at home with Colby doesn't even begin to explain how much I love waking up and playing with him all day. Yesterday he was a little GIGGLEBOX!!! We were both rolling on the floor laughing at each other, and I loved every second of it. This is a fun age. Even though the lack of communication can be frustrating for both of us, Colby is running and laughing and playing sooooo much. It is pure joy!!

look at all of those teeth!!! (he has 12 that are fully through, 2 that he's cutting right now, and 2 more that are beginning to cut through the surface...16 teeth!)
peek a boo!!
Our most fun new adventure (for colby, not for mommy and daddy) is that Colby can open and close all of the doors in our house. This is his favorite game. He thinks it's hilarious when he opens the door and sees your face.

CHEESE! (we can finally get some smiles out of him when we say "show me your teeth!")
Last week we had a playdate at the Temple Splash Park. Colby looooooves water, but pools aren't his favorite because he can't run around. The splashpark is perfect!
he also had his first McDonald's happy meal and LOVED it!! (of course...)

trying to show Princeton how to make the water come back on

Colby absolutely loved Hope's nieces, Jordan and Cassidy

I thought it would be cute to do some Father's Day artwork
didn't turn out like I had hoped

"These are yummy mom!"
I know most people don't take pictures of their kids' feet, but Colby got these for his birthday from the Rosenbaums, and I'm obsessed with how cute they are on him!!!
Thanks guys!
My KP pets are home for the summer. (Emmy- bunny, Leo and Peanut- turtles) Colby checks on them every morning with me. There is definitely NOT enough room for them anywhere in our house, but thankfully I have a very understanding husband who lets them stay in the laundry room for 2 short months.
First week staying home with mommy and look what happened! Poor baby...he had a huge goose egg for a week!
My first Friday home with him was one of the worst days ever. My poor baby had CROUP! It was awful. I was going to make a post with all of the details, but then I decided it was really boring. Long story short, he had a nasty barking cough, 104 fever, the most terrible doctor's visit ever, and a heartbroken mommy. Luckily, the worst of it only lasted a day or two, but the coughing lingered for 2 weeks.
reading in mommy and daddy's bed
watching daddy mow the grass
1st time on the golf cart with Pops
I'm sure they clean their golf balls at Wildflower, right?

I was hoping Colby wouldn't find the sand, but by the time we got back to Mimsy and Pops' house, he was a hot, sweaty, sandy MESS!
we are starting the self feeding process

it's soooooo messy, but he loves the independence!!
These 2 are still best buds- Colby says "Bubba" ALL the time
Hope took these pictures while we were playing at Joy's house one day. I think they're so cute!!

BEEP BEEP!

"Yaaaaaaay Colby!"
This last one is actually from Isabella McGregor's sip-and-see at the beginning of May, but I never posted it and it's too cute!!!! He wanted to give her kisses so badly! :) What a sweet baby girl.
