On Tuesday night, we attended a very special surprise ceremony to dedicate the new Temple College Foundation boardroom to my grandfather, Dr. Harry B. Macey Jr. It was so nice to hear all of the amazing things that people had to say about his incredible character and his contributions to Temple College and the city of Temple. I know that I speak for the rest of my family when I say that I am SO proud of him and I'm so proud to say that I am his granddaughter. We're all blessed to have such a wonderful role model. My grandparents plan on moving to D'Hanis this summer, but we'll see how long they can really stay away from Temple. :)
